Instructions for Students while Taking Admission

A] Students should comply with following while taking admission

Fill the form attached with prospect (or downloaded from website) in full correctly.
Attach Leaving Certificate (L.C.) / Transfer Certificate (T.C.) of previous college.
If Leaving Certificate is not provided at the time of admission, student will get provisional admission. The student will be responsible for submitting original L.C. for conformation of admission.
Original L.C. submitted at the time of admission will not be returned in any circumstances. (Students are suggested to have enough Xerox copies before submitting original L.C. to the college.)
Student taking admission for First year (B.A. or B.Com) after 12th should submit Original Mark list and two attested Xerox copies of mark list. (Students are suggested to have enough Xerox copies before submitting original mark list to the college).
Student taking admission for second year or third year (B.A. or B.Com.) should submit two attested Xerox copies of mark list to the college. Student should bring original mark list at the time of admission for verification.
Student should pay admission fees as per rule of University of Pune and Government.
Before taking admission 12th students should have enough attested Xerox copies with them.
Student should submit three passport size photos at the time of admission.

B] Eligibility Certificate
Students taking admission for first year and students other than Pune University should fill eligibility form of Pune University. This form is available with administrative office by paying fees Rs. 50/-. Students will not be permitted for examination unless sanction of eligibility from Pune University. Students will be solely responsible for filling up of eligibility form in time.

C] For all the Students

Student should pay full fees at the time of admission.
Fees once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.
Principal will have all rights to retain of cancel the admission of the student by taking in to consideration past behavior of the student.
For cancellation of admission student should apply in given format. Students should note that fees once paid will not be refunded.

D] About Allotting Transfer Certificate

While filling form for Transfer Certificate (T.C.) student should take ‘No Dues’ sign from clerk and librarian. After taking no dues signs from clerk and librarian; student should take sign of the Principal and submit the form toe the administrative office.
Student should write all the relevant information about class, year of admission, faculty and other information correctly.
Student who has already submitted school / college leaving certificate at the time of taking admission will only get the college leaving certificate.
Students should read and follow all the important instructions written on the transfer form.
Student who has taken admission in other college should apply for transfer certificate through that college.
Student will get T.C. after Eight days from the receipt of transfer form and required fees.
Students seeking duplicate T.C. should make affidavit on Rs. 100 Court Fee Stamp in required format and follow the remaining process of allotting T.C.

E] Important Instructions for Students

Students should attend all lectures and practical regularly. Student with less than 75% attendance will be liable for cancellation of all fee concession, his/her term will not be sanctioned and student can not seat for final examination
Change in stream or change in subject will be permitted only with special permission of the Principal within one month from starting up of college. While changing stream student should cancel admission from first stream and then after new admission for another stream by paying full fees..
Students who are rusticated and expelled due to copy case will not get admission in the college.
Principal can cancel admission of any student without giving reason.
Student of commerce stream should pay separately for journals.
Students should read and follow instructions displayed on notice board. Students are deemed to be read and acknowledged all instructions.
Students should follow ethical dress code.
Students should behave properly within and outside the premises of the college. Students should not directly or indirectly do such a things which are subversive to the college or society. Students should maintain silence in class room, library, reading room. Students should give respect to all staff.
Students should reimburse any damage to any property of the college.
Students should maintain discipline in all the programmers of the college. Successful organization and conduct of various programs is responsibility of all the student. Misbehaving student will be punished curtly.
Students are not allowed to stick any bills, hording, banners, flags or any publicity material of any political party or any election or otherwise in the premises of the college.
Students should maintain separate file for all type of attested copies of all type of important documents like marksheets, Coupons, bill etc.
Students should demand their documents (like marksheets, T.C., Duplicate etc.) within stipulated time limit.
Students should write full and correct postal address on admission form. College will not be responsible for non-delivery of important letters due to improper address.
Parents who want to meet their students should report in administrative office first.
